🔵 Counting the Breath: As you breathe in, silently count “one,” and as you exhale, count “two.” Continue counting with each breath cycle up to ten, then start again from one. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the count.

🟣 Observing without Judgment: Allow thoughts to come and go, and observe them without judgment. Imagine your thoughts as clouds pass across the sky of your awareness.
