The ego thrives on maintaining the status quo, often blinding us to our faults while magnifying the shortcomings of others.
It tells us that we are perfect as we are and that looking within is unnecessary or even painful.
However, by confronting this resistance, we can dismantle the ego’s defenses, leading to greater self-awareness and growth. Recognizing and overcoming the ego’s resistance is a crucial step toward inner peace and transformation.
